I'm back with my first icon I made in GIMP with more than just eyes movements *o*
You can see cardverse England who is enjoying his tea while sitting on a bench

I really wanted to finish it today because somehow Cardverse!England fits good on Halloween xD

I made this as my part of the arttrade with who wanted this icon and I hope that you like it because I'm not sure about the little animation of his arm ^^"  

so yeah I had much fun makeing this new icon and I think I'll do more icons with this style soon...
